Ah, right. Qt6-webengine also uses Chromium's Blink and WebRTC.
Thanks for the reminder.

After reviewing the src.rpm, I see that the qt6-webengine package
already uses the system openh264 library. The patch is already applied
in qt6-qtwebengine (https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/qt6-qtwebengine/blob/6dfe4255091ea3e08f20da32ea38bf355dd50133/f/qtwebengine-webrtc-system-openh264.patch).
So we only need to care about the Chromium package.
