Mhm, I can add BR: gcc there, but I'd love to know the reason it wasn't there in the first place/why other architectures don't need that. Thanks for finding that out!
I'll go ahead and merge the icu side as soon as gating tests allow, this can be solved via dist-git push separately/pulled into the ocaml rebuild if Richard would want.
