CentOS delayed security updates for 6-8 weeks, twice a year, every year of its entire existence, and people are still clamoring for it.

Stream's delays seem trivial in comparison.  I'm not saying that delays are acceptable, just that this *apparently* isn't a major barrier for self-supported use cases.
