It was pretty clear in IBM's acquisition announcement that they are only

RHEL, let alone Fedora. The word "Linux" did not show up a single time in 
the whole announcement!

Red Hat still pays lots of people working on Fedora. Most of fedora-infra people, lots of people working on tooling - including me. And many others.

I think that your statement is unfair.
