I myself am very careful about who do I sponsor. For instance, I only pick folks that seem to have no trouble communicating. I realize it's not very inclusive, but my time is limited and sponsoring folks that have trouble communicating is very time consuming and frustrating. Hence, if this was implemented, I'd probably opt-out.
