We do, it's called download.fedoraproject.org (or dl.fedoraproject.org
for the non redirect to mirror*) but who is going to pay for the AWS
traffic, the mirror already is plugged into AWS for AWS traffic so if
you're running instances in the cloud you actually get it directly
from AWS as that's in their best interest but it's not covered for
everyone on the general internet.
