As I recall, the current LE root certificate is not (and in some cases may not be able to be) installed in all clients. When the cross signing cert (from a well known/trusted CA) expired a year ago a number of clients suddenly found themselves getting errors. It is easy to say "install new root certs", but that is not actually easy to do in all cases. _______________________________________________ devel mailing list -- devel@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe send an email to devel-leave@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Fedora Code of Conduct: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/project/code-of-conduct/ List Guidelines: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Mailing_list_guidelines List Archives: https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/devel@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Do not reply to spam, report it: https://pagure.io/fedora-infrastructure/new_issue
