No replying to anyone in particular so no quoting...
I've mentioned this before for the packager CLA in general before but it got no response....
Is it that big of a deal to require some sort of practical affirmation on an annual basis? It could be completely automated.
Am I way off base here?
It's as simple as an email with a link, "Do you want to continue being a packager (or proven packager) and agree to abide by <insert requirements here>?"
Why was it decided that CLA should be once and done forever?
