Ah, I have not realized that I probably can use `fedpkg retire`, but I'd be worried about side effects as Mattia noted in other parts of this thread.

Nevertheless, I'd still prefer to orphan the packages instead. I think this gives backup opportunity if something goes wrong.

I'll probably try to draft some policy and propose it to FESCo.
