A better approach is to ask what are the src packages that depend on the devel subpackage:

# repoquery -q --repo=rawhide-source --whatrequires libcerf-devel

LabPlot-0:2.8.1-4.fc36.src

gnuplot-0:5.4.3-2.fc36.src

libecpint-0:1.0.7-4.fc37.src
