The Fedora Project?
Do we have any kind of documentation on how to install or set this up?
Does anyone test it? 
If I ask questions or have problems with it, will anyone be able to
answer? 

I think the answers are: no, no, no.

Sure, but that doesn't help me much right now. 

Anyhow, will talk to arm folks and see what they suggest...
