Even better, fedpkg could be the first option, and there could be a
warning text about the other two saying something like "Pushing to
Fedora Package Sources requires use of fedpkg". Something simple that
leads the potential contributors to choose the method that does not lead
to an auth error later on.
The warning could be hidden in case the user is already in the packagers
group and has ssh configured, assuming Pagure gets this information from
Accounts.
Pull requests ("I fixed it") are much preferable over Bugzillas ("could
you fix it?"), hence creating one should be as easy as possible. They
are also a low barrier way to get involved in packaging. I am quite sure
that there are many more people who are willing to submit a PR than
those who are willing to go through the "find something you use but that
is not already in the repo, get it reviewed, get sponsored" process
which is quite intimidating for a newcomer.
