I thought that deleting a side-tag would delete all its child
(*-testing-pending and similar), but it doesn't seem so:

It seems that this side-tag has been deleted, but its child were not. Is
it this the right behavior? I'd like to know because if we want Bodhi to
delete the side-tag, it would be simpler if deleting the parent tag also
delete its childs.
