Looks like the best solution there is to disable PCH support in the Ruby
JIT.
FWIW Vit, myself and others have already extensively discussed this
situation. Clang is really the best solution in the case of the Ruby JIT
given the various constraints in play.
Isn't that MIR instead?
Hopefully one day. But right now Clang is the best choice for Ruby.
