Thank your for this! I'm able to do test under F34 and I plan to try that before the week-end.
My testing showed that looking for a period in the filename was not reliable however, so instead I have just gone for a fixed filename (annobin_lto). I *hope* that this will not cause problems with big builds using lots of object files, but if you do encounter any problems please let me know.
No problem with that especially I plan to test Fedora reproduciblity by starting with some packages from core group.
Cheers Nick PS. The rawhide annobin has not been updated because of a problem with clang's c++ headers. I am waiting for this bug to be fixed...
