Mock is waaay overkill a lot of the time.  It's a lot simpler and easier just
to do fedpkg local.  The main thing wrong with fedpkg local is that it likes
to put stuff in the user's homedir - something it shouldn't do unless it's
actually run there.  That's a pain if the user's homedir is on a network
filesystem.
