For what it's worth, when I do a search for "how to build a fedora
kernel", the first three hits I get are:

	https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Building_a_custom_kernel
	https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/quick-docs/kernel/build-custom-kernel/
	https://fedoramagazine.org/building-fedora-kernel/

which all use "fedpkg local".
