If one adds ChromeOS devices into the numbers I posted, then the proportion of BIOS-boot-capable, BIOS-boot-enabled, and/or BIOS-only devices on the market (and their portion of the total install base) goes down, not up. So using the absense of chromebooks in the numbers I referenced actually boosts, rather than undermines, my argument.
