The problem is that ceph uses a ton of disk space. If it failed on a
builder, the failed build is there taking up all the space until it ages
out. If other builds are running on a builder ceph doesn't have enough
space, etc. 

I don't really see any that full now, but it's been a while and things
could have been cleaned up. 

I am not sure what the best path forward is here. I know koji upstream
has been discussing how kojid could manage local repos better. I suppose
we could look at taking 4 builders and make them into 2 builders with
more disk space. I'm not sure if that would slow things down overall or
not though.

Anyhow, try again now and it should go through.
