As a side note, you are running the ceph builds in rawhide, while my ceph Python 3.9 side tag rebuild is still running (with lower release). Once your build succeeds I will have to rebump the changelog and do another Python 3.9 rebuild.

So unless there is a critical need for your build to land in regular rawhide ASAP, could you please do the build in the f33-pyhon target? More info in:

With never build, I could cancel the current one if the s390x builder does not finish (runs for 15 hours now).
