There is no simple way to run buildroot readiness tests in Fedora. One has to use weird scripts for that, and the environment is quite far away from what Koji provides. It seems that this issue would have been caught even with these limitations if there was an attempt to build the right packages—if it affected x86_64 or i686, which it did not (because x86 already dealt with it). There is no CI for the other architectures at all, as far as I know.
