I'm afraid F31 does usually lose out to upstream/rawhide, RHEL 7, RHEL 8 and F32, sorry :-(

But regarding this particular issue, Olivier was kind enough to backport his fix upstream and I rolled another old-stable release.

The update is now available at https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2020-d29c22c817, testing and karma are appreciated.
