I think of Bodhi as basically being a robotic Koji admin that implements
Fedora's update workflow. It is so Koji oriented that I think it would
be a lot of work to abstract it to make sense for other build systems.
It's also very Fedora oriented, to where it would also be a lot of work
to abstract it to accommodate workflows for other distros.
Red Hat doesn't use it because they have different workflows than Fedora.
None of this is to say that the abstractions could not or should not be
done, but more than it wouldn't be a small task.
