It's not an ui issue, it's a keyboardlayout issue. And therefor teh ui
needs a change, to be able to select the keyboardlayout the password was
entered with, which can differ from the one used on boot.

But plymouth ui needs to be changed anyway to get a working OSK, or
tablets and mobiles are not be able to use encryption.
