This kind of situation is very difficult to deal with when in a fedora freeze period. For me it's impossible to update on the fedora side. Also I haven't any feedback on what will break or not, so this really has to be f32 only material unfortunately (or upstream has to learn not to break ABI). One workaround to have Dav1d in f31 would be to have a snapshot, so we could use the new ABI before freeze. (at least). On a side note, we already provides docker images of ffmpeg, so if one wants newer components based on rawhide it's a matter to pull the images.
