Good question.  I probably didn't need to limit it to that.
(Maybe I'm used to thinking of compiled code, where the BR
is the package which most likely needs to be aware of the
change.)

Dropping that adds a few packages to the list:

    esh
    libzypp
    zipper

Thanks for providing the examples and useful details.
Everytime I read about repoquery I learn a few new things.
