Well, the problem there would be that many folks wouldn't know to enable
that seperate repo for multilib, so perhaps it would need a dnf plugin?

also, you would need pungi changes in order to put the multilib i686
packages in a seperate repo instead of the x86_64 one. That might not be
too hard tho.

In the end tho, not sure what that gets us... I guess slightly smaller
metadata, but thats not that big a win.
