Most of Fedora users and developers don't need doing that. And if so,
you can build your package in Koji (scratch build), or use mock i686
config (it will include i686 Koji repositories).

I think the number of such users will be very few.

We should get rid of all 32-bit packages (excluding needed by Steam or
Wine32) ASAP.
