Sorry to say this without telling openly some past stories straight about things which only few people knows it is not possible to understand why at the moment I'm not able to trust what Igor is doing. One time it may be accident .. Truth is that not one but at least few time he miscarried few things. I would be not surprised if I'll be not only person with such experience. IMO even if he has some potential I'm guessing that he is still relatively young and if it is true he may still need proper mentoring (however I'm not going or want to be his mentor) I can honestly promise that if he will be somehow cross the line with things which sometimes I'm trying to take care next time my reaction will be as same as before. You may say that from this point of view I'm 100% predictable. IMO he needs to learn meaning of some old sentence "Errare humanum est perseverare autem diabolicum" If he will not learn few thing I don't want to be around next time.
