I'm in the "I use OwnCloud but intend to switch to NextCloud" camp myself.

If there are OwnCloud users who do not want to switch to NextCloud,
perhaps they could step in to maintain OwnCloud.

That intent goes all the way back to my blog post on how to migrate and writing up the tested documentation to do so...

But there's nothing I do or need on there that actually requires migration... so it hasn't happened yet.
