That's the upstream for the application, the configuration and
deployment for that app is in the Fedora Infrastructure ansible repo:

https://infrastructure.fedoraproject.org/cgit/ansible.git/tree/roles/hotness/templates/hotness.py

Unfortunately we don't currently have a way to submit PRs there (we are
hoping to add to pagure a way to mirror external repos and then we can
have a pagure project).

However, you can make a patch and send it to the infrastructure list or
attach it to an infrastructure ticket and we can get it applied. Patches
very much welcome.
