No, it almost certainly means that laposte.net have announced via
their DNS records that emails with laposte.net addresses should not
be trusted unless they come direct from a laposte.net server.

Of course when you send email to a mailing list the list has to
resend it, meaning it no longer appears to come from a laposte.net
server and an recipient that acts on the announced policy will
wind up rejecting it.

The act of making that announcement is the problem because it is
based on a fundamental misunderstanding of how email is used.
