Either we pass the artifact around from koji to the metadata composer, or we just extract the payload in the generator. The advantage of the latter is that it works when you're not building rpms using koji, e.g. at home, in copr, or in a corporate environment. Also note, there are very few 100Mb packages, the vast majority are a few hundred kb in size.
