I also agree, but I don't think the answer is "teach dnf about
flatpak". I'd need a whole heap of requirements, but certainly making
a tool that uses libgnomesoftware (there are no GTK deps before the
krazy crowd get all upset) would just be a few days of developer time.
It's not going to be as powerful as the flatpak CLI, nor the DNF CLI
but I don't think it needs to be.
