usually a noarch application live in usr/share/[NAME]
all (optional/required) java libraries should be linked in usr/share/[NAME]

Please, remove:
all bundle libraries ( swingx*.jar, jackson-core*.jar, jchart*.jar ) with
find -name "*.class" -print -delete
find -name "*.jar" -print -delete

useless export CLASSPATH=$(build-classpath)

%{_javadir}/Mediathek/MediathekView-%{version}.jar MUST be no version

MediathekView.sh should be generated using:

%jpackage_script  mediathek.Main "" "" MediathekView:MSearch:commons-compress:commons-lang jide-oss:jgoodies-common:jgoodies-forms:xz MediathekView true

%package doc
Summary:    Durchsucht verschiedene Mediatheken
useless  License:    GPL
Requires:   MediathekView = %{version}-%{release}
