Not really. There are multiple amounts of stuff that has to get done
to get a release out the door with a lot of it in human relations: let
the mirrors know, let the various news groups know, field questions
from press, get usergroups ready. Trying to move it later in the week
from the Tuesdays screws up a lot of people's set timelines.
