Simple but very good idea i think. It requires a little more
"situational awareness" i think. The filemanager will need to have
someway to evoke a load document event of some type right?

Unless you can count on launching the app (empty) and then launching the
app again (with document title appended and some unique switch) Which
would revert to the current running instance. But you can't depend on
that type of behavior for most apps for some time.

Or is there an easier implementation?
