there *is* a difference and hence of it i have a meta-package with Provides on any system because otherwise dependency repeatly can't be solved because "glibc" and "perl" where years after UsrMove not fixed and bugreports ignored

you get hit by it when perl/glibc are updated with the ame transaction while your own packages correctly using the macros for their Requires instead the old, hardcoded path
