In fact it's also the case if you _are_ using 100% free tools too, as someone could say "sorry, we no longer want to host this and have turned off everything". So, I guess you could run a pagure.io instance locally and sync it to a remote one or something. Sure, that was just one part of using github, not the entire reason. Also, I wasn't someone who made that decision. Also, we are moving bodhi to pagure.io soon.
