fedpkg might sometimes look like it's not getting any development
though, but that's really because most of the work happens in pyrpkg,
the library used by fedpkg (and rhpkg, and a couple others)

And pyrpkg is probably where patch management should end up in fact, so
that it can be shared with other users of pyrpkg.
