Let me be clear. I want you actually using the buildsystem that Red Hat has created asap so that any suggestions or changes you want to make to the process comes from a position of experience with the buildsystem in use by Fedora.
Where may I (or anyone not an insider) pull a copy of 'the buildsystem that Red Hat has created' today, so that I can try it before committing to it? I missed the release notice.
Maybe if it released into the development bazaar, rather than promised of delivery as a cathedral, it would be fair to hope for a Yes or No answer. Without seeing the tool, your query is not answerable in binary terms.
