I am confident that we will have everything ready at the right time. The way I 
read it, the change deadline is about testability and general availability of 
the feature - that's ok for us. At that point we will be ready to receive 
feedback and fix the blocking issues by the time Fedora is frozen for release.

Also note that while being a dead project, yum is not going anywhere so it can 
coexist with dnf as it has for the last 3 releases.
