Very awesome, thanks!  I'll sponsor you and review.  :-)

Luckily, I pushed off the web assets stuff for F21, so I can now add
embedding to the list of things to check and file bugs for when I do
that for the licensing metadata.  I'm going to be doing that real soon
now, so if there are any other issues that all the fonts in the distro
need to be checked for, please speak up soon!

I'll also ask FPC to add a mention of this to the font guidelines so
future fonts added to the distribution will have this bit set
correctly.
