I agree, the developer nodes we are looking to make available while server nodes without video, run VNC very well, I have tested XFCE, LXDE, KDE, Sugar, and Mate during f19 development via vnc on them as well as locally on both pandaboard and trimslice. as well as XFCE and KDE on chromebook. There are lots of options for testing all the different aspects of the Fedora software world on ARM.
