No, this is completely wrong.  It's entirely propaganda, and you need to
stop saying things like this in technical discussions.  ARM is not popular
*at all* with any large group of people.  Full stop.  People like some
devices and dislike others, and they've got them both, and that has only
a very weak relationship with the fact that they have ARM cores in them,
even though there are plenty of them in those devices.  Quit measuring
"popularity" based on number of deployed cores. It is all the way wrong,
especially given that we're not targetting even a very small percentage
of the devices you're talking about.
