Recording conversations like this is fairly important Notes were collected at the end and this thread began with I believe a fair representation of the outcome of the discussion and it was signed off on by the list of people included in the original post to which I am happy to add my name as someone who was present for most of the discussion. Of course it was fully expected there would be extensive discussion here about the idea.
