I can only say, that I'd like to have a solution, and there has been
some discussion about this some time ago. But the result was that it is
not possible and/or allowed.

I did so. Thomas pointed out that complying with my request would be
against the packaging guidelines and suggested this needs to be
discussed at best on Fedora-devel.
The addition of 'at best' in there leads me to believe that he is not
especially interested in my proposal, but may be willing to add the
wrapper script if I get wider support for it and/or get the packaging
guidelines changed.
I can not decide the way to go here. Also I can not change packaging
guidelines. If I add the script to the package, I will get a message
that this is not allowed.
'at best' meant that this is the best place for this discussion, because
according to the guidelines I am not allowed add the script to the main
package and therefore a user has to install an additional package to get
the help message. This is not working.
I tried to find another solution for this as I switched to systemd, but
failed also.
Presumably, getting the packaging guidelines changed involves a lot of
people's attention - people who are generally already very busy, and do
not really want to spend precious brain cycles and time on what is
ultimately a minor improvement visible to only a small number of people.
If packaging guidelines will not get modified, then I have no solution.
Oh well, at least I tried. Thanks
