Nope.  clement-2.1.400-1.fc15.src.rpm contains clement-2.1.400.tar.gz
and not clement-2.1.320.tar.gz.

Sources can be in either the "sources" file or the git repository.
Since you added clement-2.1.400.tar.gz to the repository, Koji took it
from there.
