Tru64 (Yes, it's still supported!) does:

gholms@seraph ~ % uname -a
OSF1 seraph.tetraforge.com V5.1 2650 alpha

gholms@seraph ~ % ls -l /bin /lib
lrwxr-xr-x   1 root     system         7 Apr 21  2010 /bin@ -> usr/bin/
lrwxr-xr-x   1 root     system         7 Apr 21  2010 /lib@ -> usr/lib/
