this exists now in multiple forms on the
http://fedoraproject.org/get-fedora  page

In the central frame "More download options..." right under the big
download button for the promoted live image gets you to a set of Spin
pages that list 32bit and 64bit download links side by side.

In the text box beneath that which goes into some minor detail about
the options there is the same link using the words "View more Fedora
options..."  This box even brings up 32/64 bit architecture an option.

In the sidebar at the bottom "Other ways to get Fedora" has a link
which is more comprehensive still.
